faulty heater long elevator wait
The heater barely worked. It took forever to heat the room, and i had to keep it running constantly. they said they couldn't switch my room because they were booked. they gave me two blankets but no one ever came to fix the heater, despite promising an engineer. waiting for the elevators was like a huge waste of time, especially since there were only two tiny ones for so many floors.

modern room relaxed vibe friendly staff
i found the room modern plus clean. the attached restaurant had a relaxed vibe and high style. i thoroughly enjoyed a cocktail alone while waiting for my niece.. the staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
the room seemed a bit small for the price i paid.

clean room comfortable bed daily service
the room was clean. the bed was comfortable. room service cleaned daily. i used the water dispenser in the gym. it is on the lower level. this was convenient since i brought refillable bottles.
the decor in the rooms looked a little tired. the hotel lacked a water dispenser in the lobby. i experienced long waits for lifts in the morning. i recommend allowing extra time.

The location was REALLY convenient, near public transportation. The staff were amazing and Sharee upgraded us to a room with a city view! Coffee making facilities were already in the room, a nice touch. I requested a kettle and Sharee had one sent straight up. I appreciated that service.

The location allowed easy access to the bus stand. Shopping areas and Times Square were very convenient. Staff members were helpful (especially with directions) . I appreciated the daily changes of linens and towels.
Waiting for elevators sometimes took a few minutes during peak hours.

clean room comfortable bed convenient location
The room was very clean, and the bed offered great comfort. Housekeeping serviced the room daily, a real plus. I stayed on the 20th floor, and it remained surprisingly quiet, a significant benefit. The location proves very convenient to many attractions.
