The location was REALLY convenient, near public transportation. The staff were amazing and Sharee upgraded us to a room with a city view! Coffee making facilities were already in the room, a nice touch. I requested a kettle and Sharee had one sent straight up. I appreciated that service.

The room was very clean, and the bed offered great comfort. Housekeeping serviced the room daily, a real plus. I stayed on the 20th floor, and it remained surprisingly quiet, a significant benefit. The location proves very convenient to many attractions.
